Actually, I'm not quite good in tunisian, but as I was told, the song is about a girl who's writing 2 letters to her friend in Jerba instead of one, because she misses him so much that can't wait for his responce to the first one...
As to the words, there are long "a-a-a-a-a..."'s throughout the whole song...
Then she's telling what is good in every tunisian region, like "... min Gafsa - ena mizyana" etc.: Beja, Siliana...
Generally the whole construction is like
"..... min Beja
a-a-a-a-a-a-a
ena mizyana
a-a-a-a-a-a"...
Sorry for such a confusing description
